Deep yellow in the glass. A nose of aged wine, birds nest, old oak; peach tea, dried peach, straw, intense, honey nuts. On the palate, high alcohol, round, nutty, round, sweet caramel, strong nutty finish in the bag with pistachio flavour, need a strong creamy dish to pair. Medium acid, slight bitter finish of roast nuts. Excellent with strongly flavoured dishes, avoid lightly flavoured dishes.
