A Riesling from the Southern Moselle region of Germany. The juice is aged in stainless steels vats. Smokey with a refreshing. The palate is reminiscent of grapefruit and lime.

Drink with pork knuckle, prawn noodles and chicken rice.
Rinke Langsurer Brüderberg Terrassen S 2014
2014, Dry, 11%, 750ml
This wine comes from the single site of Langsurer Brüderberg, which has 50% to 80% gradient and is south facing. The juice is spontaneously barrel-fermented with natural yeast and spends 11 months in used barrels. No malolatic fermentation has taken place, leaving the wines with higher acidity.
The nose is redolent of flowers, mineral and apricots. A touch of cedary oak is detected on the palate with a vibrant acidity.
90% Chardonnay, the rest is Viognier, Traminer, Muscat, Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc.
12 - 14°C
Up to 5 years. Could go longer if you don’t mind losing the floral notes.
Drink by itself or with garden salad with balsamic vinegar; pan-fried or oven roasted pork; steamed white chicken; Brie or creamy goat cheeses.
Opitz Zweigelt / Pinot Noir Beerenauslese
Sweet, 12.5%, 375ml
This wine is a blend of Zweigelt and Pinot Noir and only happens in certain years. The grapes are frozen by the cold weather in December at below minus 7°c before being harvested by hand and pressed to extract the sugars which are not frozen.
A very rich sweet wine with almond-like nose and vibrant acidity, thus creating cleanliness on the palate. The odd blend makes this wine a delicious curiosity.
