A very fruity, well-rounded Champagne with notes of citrus and fresh white fruit, and a light, fluid texture.
A pale yellow colour with nuances of straw, and an elegantly refined sparkle, the aroma expresses refinement and delicacy with subtle hints of jasmine and orange blossom which leave their place to stronger fruitier notes, combining citrus and red fruit. On the palate it is beautifully full-bodied, a note of freshness brings out further notes of woodland and wild mushroom, perfectly set off by its elegantly refined sparkle. The finish is dominated by a fruity and rounded character.

Marchiori Profili Extra Dry Prosecco Valdobbiadene D.O.C.G
2014, Off-dry, 11.5%, 750ml
The grapes are grown over a calcareous marl and sandstone soil in the middle slopes between 220 to 360 metres above sea level. The gradient of the slopes are up to 60% and facing southeast, south, southwest and west. All the grapes were hand-harvested.
All the grapes were stored at low temperature on its skins for flavor extraction before starting the fermentation in temperature-controlled steel tanks for 50 days. Selected native yeast was used.
Light aromas of flowers and sweet citrus fruit. A beautifully- textured Prosecco with lively acidity to freshen the palate.

Castelveder Sàten NV
NV, Dry, 13%, 750ml
100% Chardonnay, 30 months lees aging, residual sugar of 8 g/l, 4.5 atm pressure.
Aromas of honey, red apple and peach. Palate is wonderfully leesy, with white gummy sweets and a wholesome back palate. Creamier and less sharp than other Blanc de Blanc wines.
